With over 20 years senior management experience across small, medium and large organisations, I have developed a broad set of skills that will assist in the development of business strategy and subsequent implementation.

It is my view that increasing process efficiency through technology is often the key to driving improved financial performance. Technology can also increase employee engagement by providing immediate access to relevant employee information including training and payroll information. Having a Finance / Accounts Department that works collaboratively across an organisation can help to drive business success.
